These terms cover your use of the Dol-B Design AI Front Desk. By signing up you agree to them.
Every Front Desk account starts with a 14-day free trial with a PayPal subscription on file. Nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, billing is yearly or monthly through PayPal, whichever you chose at sign-up, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Billing page; the chat keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund a partial month or a partial year; the free trial is the time to decide.
Use the assistant only for your own legitimate business. Do not use it to send spam, harass people, collect information you have no right to, or break the law. We may suspend an account that does, and the business is responsible for what it tells its own visitors.
When someone chats with the AI Front Desk assistant on a business's website, we store the messages they send and the replies they get. If a visitor leaves their details, we store a lead: their name, their phone number, optionally their email, and what they asked for.
The business that installed the assistant can see its own conversations and leads in its dashboard. Dol-B Design staff can see them when needed for support and billing. We do not sell this information, and one business can never see another business's data.
Conversations are kept for 12 months. If an account is cancelled, its data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, and we send a warning email at 60 days before it is deleted. Leads are kept until the business deletes them.
When texting is available in your account, lead alerts can also be sent to the business owner's mobile phone. The owner opts in by verifying their own phone with a one-time code, and texts go only to that verified number. The owner can turn texting off in Settings at any time, or reply STOP to stop. Message and data rates may apply. Until then, lead alerts are sent by email only.
The assistant tells every visitor that they are talking to an AI assistant, not a person.
